Tamil Nadu government appointed Mother Teresa Women's University as the NODAL AGENCY to the conduct of STATE LEVEL ELIGIBILITY TEST (SLET) for a period of three years from 2015-16 to 2017-18.
The Vice-Chancellor of the university Prof.K.Manimegalai said that the announcement for the examination will be given after getting the approval of the government. And the SLET Exam will be conducted by the end of the June month.
The university has planned to conduct the exam twice (June, December) as UGC is conducting. Educational qualification, mark eligibility, age factors are similar to NET examination.
